How Our Tax Preparation Process Works

Gather your documents

Schedule an In Person or Remote Appointment

STEP 3

If you schedule a remote appointment, please upload your documents to SmartVault (our secure portal)  5 days before your scheduled appointment. New clients will receive a SmartVault activation email to upload their documents after a remote appointment is scheduled. If we have any questions before our scheduled appoinment we will reach out to you. 

STEP 4

During our appointment, we will review, discuss, and finalize your tax return and provide guidance for the year ahead.
